Attention: students taking BHRM 711 'Managing Diversity and Equality in Employment'

4/1/2012

I've been checking and ordering resources recently in preparation for Semester 2. One reading list stands out - BHRM 711 'Managing Diversity and Equality in Employment' because several items on it are available via the internet. They are
ACAS 'Back to basics ... ACAS Policy Discussion Paper No 5 November 2006

If you go to the CIPD website and set up a free account you will be able to access the following documents
'Diversity in business: a focus for progress', survey report March 2007
'opening up talent for business success: integrating talent management and diversity'

Also, the document by Radley et. al. 'Workplace cultures: what does and does not work, moving on up? Ethnic minority women' is available online at http://hosted.busman.qmul.ac.uk/cred/docs/6521.pdf

This is also a useful reminder to everybody that more and more academic material is being made freely available on the internet.
